If you are running into an issue with your sim being in full screen but not covering the whole screen. Here are a items which might be causing the issue
- Try updating your graphics card drivers. If this does not work follow the steps below
Change High DPI settings. - WINDOWS 10
- Right click the application for Run 8
- Go to the properties section and then the compatibility section.
- In the compatibility section there should be an option that says "Change High DPI Settings".
- Check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior box"
- Click "OK" to close the window
- Click Apply, then "OK".
