I am interested in learning how to dispatch on the multiplayer servers. Are there guides or rules for dispatching on the servers? Like certain phrases or how to address people/trains in game?

I was wondering if there are any DLC/Route requirements in order to participate in a multiplayer server. I currently only have the base game routes and some engine/car DLC's. Do I need to download anymore maps to play?
