I am asking because cars finished unloading at POC get the tag BAK TRI, which is Bakersfield BNSF yard. The local LS910J which serves TRI seems also to start at BAK, so I assume the empties go from Mojave to BAK and from there by local to TRI, then back to BAK. But which they are sent back to Mojav...

Prototypically BNSF does not serve Mojave, so in theory all BAR cars in Mojave go to West Colton via the Palmdale cutoff and get sorted and sent to Barstow on the H-WCLBAR over Cajon. I've compiled a list of AI trains that run on our west coast server. These are the only trains that we are able to keep track of the origin and destination. Maybe because it a manual switch the signal automatically thinks of it as a blocked route. I'll look into this a bit more and get back to you.
