CSX A Line speed limits
I'm a little confused on how to interpret the green backside of speed limit signs when they are displayed. Resume speed? To which speed? It is especially confusing when the yellow (front) side is a 75 mph limit.

The green sign means you can resume maximum authorized track speed for the railroad. Given we are talking CSX 60 mph for Freight, 70 mph for inter-modal, 90 mph for Passenger although on that A-Line I believe its 79 mph for passenger trains in the era that the route is set. Hope this helps!
