JAX ramp status

I have seen and admired the local rich documentation for SoCal. I found no equivalents for SouthEast. Due to the difference in time zones, I think I usually miss JAX crew - or is it no man's land?

Here I update what I see there. Maybe it will be useful to someone.
If there is any competing official document of this type - I am sorry and please delete this thread.
