I recently moved from Salt Lake City Utah to Pearl city Alabama and I’m not sure why my license for Ron 832 is not valid,
When I connect to the Internet and press save it shows a grey dock checking license I’ve done that several times and have not gotten a response back but my user ID code is [REDACTED BY STAFF]
So I’m not sure why the license has not been activated since I bought it about a year and a half to two years ago
My purchase transaction ID number is [REDACTED BY STAFF]
