Update12 - Use in-sim update method

• Oops, El Programmerdero Strikes Again:
  • Fixed boneheaded crash with the Shift-V display when train had no locomotive
• Pittsburgh East Sub
  • Fixed gap at a rail joint at CP Works
  • Adjusted signals at CP-W and CP-SO for the South Fork Secondary
  • Added missing AEI readers at CP Altoona and CP Cove
• Cajon Sub
  • Otto should no longer cornfield trains at Guasti
• Bakersfield Sub
  • Fixed WB signals at Calabrese (they had an erroneous handthrow switch link)
• Seligman Sub
  • Fixed a terrain gap next to CP W Truxton
• HRS Southeast
  • Minor track and block fixes on the A-Line and Fitz
  • Road fixes on Waycross
  • Floating track fixes on Waycross
• Fixed rare crash condition regarding the Train Tagger Menu
• Our original 50ft Boxcars (the ones that come with the sim) have gotten a facelift
