V3 Update 21 Jan.20.2025 Use in-sim update method

• AGS Phase 1:
  • Fixed an issue causing a dark signal when a single-head signal tries to display an approach-diverging. It will now show solid yellow (Approach). The was signal 7971
  • Fixed an AI signal problem at Brussel M1
  • The DS Screen has been rearranged to flow better, basically the two pages have been swapped
• CSX Southeast:
  • Route database updates for Baldwin, Fitz, A-Line & Waycross
• Well, it's about $#@! time:
  • Fixed the grade readout in the Shift-Z display so that it doesn't fluctuate the "+" sign causing the text to
    shift around
  • Fixed the "Black Hole Sun" glass reflection issue
