Help with triming in Barstow

I have been looking through as many pdf's as I can find on the website, looking for clues on how to trim the bowl. All I have found so far is a very helpful list of local routes, and how to run them. Though this is not what im after for the time being.

I want to help in the yard, since its mostly gridlocked, and the hump fills up pretty fast.

What I want is a "Cheat sheet" As it were for the trimming.

IE. Track 1 L-CAL###. I know needs to be pulled into the old yard, for further sorting into its local runs.

But what I dont know is where to send all the rest of them.

I dont own all dlc's and dont live in the US. so even if I can figure out that LAC is Los Angeles, I dont know if thats north or south of Barstow. So which outbound do I put them in. How do I tag the train to take them where they need to go?

In short I want a helpful cheat sheet. Bowl has # tracks. Is there a pdf that says, track 1 is this, pull it into north/south, tag the train with BARXXX and send it on its way VIA (Needles, Mojave) etc. For all the tracks in the bowl.

Any help would be welcomed.
