Rail Cars Swaying and Bouncing

My friend has Run8 and is having an issue. He even used the updater thinking maybe it was a file missing issue or something. But when he drops cars off, the cars start bouncing around and swaying side to side. Anyone had this or delt with this and how to fix it?
