last days I tried to help clean up Barstow hump bowl, but i am not sure if I might have created even more mess
Personally I am very interested working such jobs, but am missing instructions what to put together and where.
Questions include:
- where to put together / store locals?
- have the strings in each bowl track to be sorted by tags (maybe several tags go into one train assembly, but do they have to be sorted by tags in the train together?)
-how to handle unclear tags or misleaded cars?
Is there maybe some documentation for the RUN8 server available?
Also I think this questions and the practice can't be discussed in detail here, so I would really appreciate if someone may finds time for a training session introducing me into this job.
