Track Warrant

Hey guys. Found this floating around in my paperwork and thought it might be of some use. Not sure where it came from. I think it came in the paperwork from one of my old MSTS routes. Anyhoo I thought I would share it here. Might bring some realism to some when dispatching. I have scanned it to a PDF file if anyone wants it for printing, send me a pm and I well email you a copy.
